Project Management
The Macro Art projects team are experienced in handling installations and managing projects for a large range of our clients. This can include Exhibitions, Building Wraps and Retail shop fits and well as many bespoke projects in the UK and Europe.
Installation
Our team are able to install printed graphics on almost any structure from building wraps to retail graphics, nationwide. For larger projects such as building wraps we use rope access to ensure safety and the ability to guide the prints down or around the structure.
We can provide a site survey to recommend what is possible and also the best approach for the project. This is also the case with smaller projects such as exhibition stands or retail graphics. Our team can be on site at the requested time covering a 24 hour period.
Finishing
Hems and eyelets
A hem is applied to large format banners to create strength when combined with eyelets for hanging or tensioning onto a scaffold or frame. The hem is created either by high frequency welding or stitching depending on the type of material that it is printed on.
Pockets
Pockets are created in a similar way to hems in the fact that extra material is needed top bottom or sides of the visual area. The extra material is then folded over and welded or stitched to create an open pocket to the rear. This is usually applied to graphics that will be hung on a pole or scaffold.
Stitching
Stitching for reinforcing pockets hemming materials and creating shapes and products for uses in many areas. Our stitching department undertake bespoke projects for a variety of clients.
