This is a  list of our Artwork requirements - please call us if anything is unclear. 

·       All files should be 1:10 SCALE @ 300 DPI

·       The file must be “IN PROPORTION”

·      All files and media carriers should be  FORMATTED TO APPLE MACINTOSH

·       All files including text need to be supplied with FONTS OR OUTLINED TO PATHS

·      COLOUR PROOF AND PANTONE REFERENCES (*not RAL or metallic colours) required if colours are critical

·       FAX/POST LAYOUT otherwise we cannot proof the images

 ·       Ensure all files have overprinting disabled

·       Ensure all files linked in Quark Xpress or Illustrator are supplied separately

It is very important that you inform your Account Handler of any artwork you up-load to our guest site. All files must be saved in a folder detailing the date and your company name. Failure to do this may result in your order being delayed in our production process. 

 This is a list of File Formats that we can handle: 

·       PHOTOSHOP CS 3 FORMAT – EPS or TIFF or PSD

·       ILLUSTRATOR CS 3 EPS or Ai – convert text to paths, do not embed jpgs into document please supply separately

·       QUARK X PRESS 7.0 –  please supply fonts if in this format

·       FREEHAND 11

·       INDESIGN CS 3
